What is the statute of liminations (if any) for filing election interference and or election fraud lawsuit(s) against the FEC and DNC?
Here are the details of my case(s) (which may need to be taken to the SCOTUS).
-
My name (along with the several others that did NOT concede and did not drop out of the election for POTUS in 2024), Dan Schaller, does NOT appear on the election ballot for POTUS in 2024. - I see that at the very least, as election interference since I was registered with the FEC (Federal Election Commission) to run for POTUS in 2024 by the deadline of 1 June, 2023. (Candidate ID Number: P40012817)

Harris's name DOES appear on the federal election ballot for POTUS in 2024, but she was NOT registered by the FEC set deadline of 1 June, 2023 to run for POTUS. - She may have been registered to run for the office of Vice President, but those are NOT interchangeable. - I see that, at the very least, as election fraud.
Another point to add is that any of those (running for either POTUS or VPOTUS) with a running mate are in clear violation of the 12th amendment and should be disqualified from this election cycle. - The ballots that have already been sent in need to be either destroyed or recalled and new ballots made.
The new ballots need to include my name (Dan Schaller) and all those others that did not concede of bow out of the election for POTUS in 2024. It needs to be done before November so everyone knows they need to get out and actually vote in person.
(If there is a monetary compensation for this, I'm all for it. - The main thing is to get the election to be fair and free, as it is supposed to be.) - The monetary compensation for the attorney/law firm will be 20% of whatever I get (with the defendant(s) paying the taxes on what I get, the attorney fees, and court costs... since they decided to play at being corrupt and take liberties with the election process, to suit their own ends).
It also needs to be set that it can NOT be taken to bankruptcy or appealed (if there is capital compensation).
