Is it really "Elder Abuse"??

I am 65 years old and I care for my handicapped brother. My son and daughter in law promised repeatedly to help care for us if I would put my home and property in their name. When I tried to say no they would treat us badly by saying the most hurtful words, shoving and pushing, throwing little rocks, not letting me see grandchildren and turning our water off. After living 5 months with no access to water I finally caved. For 2 months after signing things were normal. One sunny day a deputy comes and serves an eviction for my brother and I. We were thrown to the streets. They are living in my home and refuse to talk to us. Please help
