A LCSW recommended seriuos life threatening issues be addressed with then minor children in my divorce. Attorney Mark Roscoe who was referred to me mediated with atty Rhame. No substantiave action was taken or in divorce decree on the seriuos issues recommended to be addressed by both our PCP and referred LCSW. 10 years later the issues I request be addressed have now created potential serious consequence. Attorney Roscoe took a fee and I sent estate documents I was advised to draft only to be told, "he is court,very busy...", and then expected me to call my ex to schedule an appointment for them even after I requested he and his office do it.

1) how do I get the help I need for my vulnerable adult kids?

2) how do I hold Atty Roscoe accountable to appropriate representation?

He was just as bad during divorce with unmet promises and repeated delays.He talks nice but his follow through and disregard for such seriuos issues have me questioning ethics.
